Contact File Reports are introduced in CaseLocker v0.7.02.
Contact File Reports allow you to generate a ZIP Archive of contact files that meet your search query. This only includes files that have been uploaded to the Contact, and not any forms that contact may have.
To create a new report, navigate to the Reports tab and select "New Report". Select the "Contact File Report" type.
There are three filters available for this report.
- Contact Tags: Filter for contacts that have these tags. You can include multiple tags in this filter, and CaseLocker will filter for contacts that contain at least one of these tags.
- Include Read Files: Include files that have been marked as read in the report.
- Contact Uploads Only: Limit files in the report to those that have been uploaded by contacts only, excluding any files uploaded by your organization users.
There is one property available for this report.
- Mark as Read: Automatically mark all files in this report as read.
Once all filters and properties are set, select "Run Report" to begin the report. These reports run in the background, and you'll get an email when they are complete, so you don't need to leave CaseLocker open to run this report.
The ZIP archive will include folders with the contact's IDs, and an index.csv file that will contain the Contact ID, contact name, file ID, and the file name.
