CaseLocker will send your firm users emails for certain actions they perform, as well as for any tag subscription they may have set in their account settings.
To manage your notification preferences, select the Cog in the top right corner and then select "My Settings".
Notification Types:
- Reports - A notification when a report has completed or failed
- Bulk Operations - A notification when a bulk operation has been processed, whether it has any errors, or if it failed validation.
- Form Subscriptions - Notifications related to forms with specific tags (read more below)
- Contact Subscriptions - Notifications related to contacts with specific tags (read more below)
- Security Notifications - Repeated failed login attempts, password resets
Note: Your subscription preferences are saved automatically. You'll see the "Preferences Saved!" text appear above your notification preferences. You do not need to select "Save Changes" to update your subscriptions.
Form Subscriptions
To subscribe to form events, select "Add form subscription" and enter the tag you want to subscribe to. Select the tag from the available options, and then you'll be presented with 3 toggles.
- On Client Start will send you a notification when a form with this tag is started by a client.
- On Client Submission will send you a notification when a form with this tag is submitted by a client.
- On Client Signing will send you a notification when a form has been signed.
To unsubscribe from a tag, select the trash icon, or untoggle the options you no longer want to receive notifications for.
Contact Subscriptions
To subscribe to contact events, select "Add Contact Subscription" and enter the tag you want to subscribe to. Select the tag from the available options, and then you'll be presented with 2 toggles.
- On Client File Upload will send you a notification when a contact with this tag uploads a file to their Contact portal (note: this only applies to the 'Files' section in the Contact portal. This will not send you notifications for files uploaded to forms).
- On Client Communication will send you a notification when a contact with this tag replies to a CaseLocker email or sends a new message from their Contact Portal.
