We are excited to announce version 0.8.03 of CaseLocker with the following new features and bug fixes.
New Features
Automatic Reply
Set a default message to reply to your Contacts on any new message. You can enable automatic reply and customize your subject and message that will be sent on incoming messages, emails, and texts.
CaseLocker will only send one automatic reply every two (2) hours.
Message Placeholders in More Places
We've now added contact message placeholders to form event notifications (added, submitted, and reminders).
Message Placeholders can also be used in Automatic Reply.
Email Problems Search (Organization Administrators Only)
You can now search and view email problems from your organization settings. Previously, you had to download a CSV file.
Additionally, the message received from our provider is also now returned. This can allow administrators and IT staff to investigate the exact reason why an email bounced.
Minor Changes & Bugfixes
A number of minor changes & bugfixes are included in this release:
- Contact Importing - You can now import phone numbers and specify the Contact's notification preferences when importing new contacts. (Contact Updates will be coming in a later update)
- Email Problems Changes - Emails that have more than 3 bounces within the last 90 days will no longer be able to receive messages from CaseLocker. Previously, if there were more than 3 bounces ever, the email was blacklisted.
Complaints remain the same - any spam complaint will result in the email being blacklisted. - Organization Settings Improvements - We've reordered and cleaned up some organization settings.
