Dropbox Sign supports a fully embedded signing workflow, meaning your clients never leave CaseLocker when signing their forms on submission.
Fully Compliant Signing Process
Your documents will continue to be signed securely and in compliance with all necessary legal standards. Electronic Signatures via Dropbox Sign are legally binding and meet the same audit requirements as DocuSign.
Same Flat Rate for Electronic Signatures
Your pricing for electronic signatures won't change as part of this move to Dropbox Sign.
Branded Signing Workflows (Coming Soon)
Dropbox Sign supports more detailed branding capabilities, meaning your clients enjoy a more cohesive experience when signing documents, with your brand's colors and accents throughout the signing ceremony. (Coming in a future update to CaseLocker)
What about my existing/outstanding requests?
Any outstanding signing requests will complete if they are signed within the usual DocuSign expiry window (90 days). All existing signed documents remain valid and are available within CaseLocker.
When is this happening?
Migration Date: December 18th, 2024.
Action Required: No action is required on your part. The migration to Dropbox Sign will occur automatically at 11pm Eastern/8pm Pacific, at which point all new electronic signature requests using our default provider will be completed through Dropbox Sign.
